Anna Silk, born January 31st, 1974 in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada is an actress famous for her character Bo in the Showcase Series Lost Girl. Silk is an actress from Canada born in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Ilkay Silk and Peter Silk both were scholars. Ilkay was also a writer, producer, and director. She is director of drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna was a child and watched her mother working and going to play rehearsals. Silk was featured in a variety of commercials when she was a young child. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts at St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas staged at least 2 early plays: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk was a resident of Toronto to pursue her acting career in order to progress, and then moved after that, she relocated to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman met Silk at an acting workshop held in Los Angeles, in 2007. They were engaged in 2009 and married with a civil ceremony December of that year. The couple got married in Fredericton on April 10th 2011they renewed their vows after her conversion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her first child Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron is her second baby boy, who was born on the 13th of May in 2016. Silk's TV work has included her part in Being Erica as Cassidy Holland in which she was awarded a Gemini Awards nod in 2009. In 2009, she was cast as the main character Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk revealed to her followers that she was expecting a baby at the beginning of January 2013, during an episode of Showcase Season Three Special. Silk was involved in the production of Lost Girl since the third season finale episode premiered on January 6 2013 on Twitter, announced that she would return to the show on June 4, 2013 when Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production of the fourth. CNN Cable News Network named Bo as well as Lauren Zoie Palmer as the couples with identical sexuality in Lost Girl to be one of the top television Couples ever. E! Magazine declared them Top TV Couples of 2013 Entertainment Television. Silk is one of the most popular shows on the social networks.
