Srushti deshmukh, in her third year of engineering she has begun to study for UPSC. She wondered if engineering was the right career for her. After realizing her dream that she had, she set out to work in civil service. The parents urged her to become civil servants and seek an employment in the public sector. She kept her motivation and focused on becoming an IAS Officer. Achieving UPSC requires more effort. She also prepared for UPSC tests while she was doing her engineering studies. Exam preparation consumed the entire day. She completed her engineering examinations in only one-and-ahalf months and stayed away from social activities. She believes that focus and concentration are essential for success in the exam to be a government official. She was determined to pass the test on her first attempt and has put in lots of work.
